Practice Facility

We have a 280-yard long driving range where you can use all the clubs in your bag. Hit balls on artificial mats near the pro shop or use the turf stations behind the range. You can take a cart path through the woods to the turf area. We also have two practice putting greens available so that you can perfect your chipping and putting; find out the speed of our greens before you play. There is also a practice sand trap just to the right of the front driving range. There are countless ways to improve your game here at PLG. We have some of the best practice areas for miles around.

Driving Range

The range features two hitting areas – mats are available at one end, near the club house and if you prefer to hit off grass, you may do so from the far end of the range. Carts, when available, can be used to go to the grass hitting area. In addition to yardage specific target flags, we have placed flags on the range that allow you to determine which set of tees is best for you here at Province Lake Golf. We are pleased to be participating in the Tee It Forward program!

Putting Greens

We have two practice greens. One, located adjacent to the club house, allows you to practice your putting. The second, across the street adjacent to the first hole, allows you to practice both chipping and putting.

Sand Bunker

There is one bunker, located on the right side of the range near the patio. From this area you can practice your sand skills from a variety of lies within the bunker.

Clubs

If you do not have a set of clubs, we have a limited number of clubs for both adults and children that can be used on the range for practice.

Starting New at Golf? [SNAG]

snag

Province Lake Golf is excited to announce that we will be using the SNAG program this year for our beginner golf programs.  SNAG is designed as a fun and intuitive way to learn the game of golf for people of all ages and abilities.  It's all about having fun while learning the basics of golf.

We will use SNAG in our Junior Golf Birdie Academy this summer - stay tuned for details and dates.  In the meantime, visit the SNAG website at  www.snaggolf.com/  for more information and to watch a video of SNAG in action.

And don't worry if you are a "grown up" ~ there will be opportunities for you to get involved with SNAG too!!
